The Royal Society for Cultural Preservation (RSCP) is a chartered cultural organization established in 1688 AN to safeguard and promote the diverse cultural heritage of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. Operating under a Royal Charter granted by King Manco Cápac I, the Society works to preserve traditional practices, languages, crafts, and customs of the Federation's various ethnic and cultural communities, including Alexandrian, Wechua, Wakara, Babkhi, Ladino, and other indigenous and minority groups. The Society maintains close partnerships with the Académie Alexandrin and the House of Carrillo Foundation, coordinating preservation efforts across linguistic, religious, and artistic domains. RSCP operates regional cultural centers in Cárdenas, Punta Santiago, Parap, New Luthoria City, Beaufort, and Lausanne, each specializing in documenting and supporting the particular cultural traditions of their respective areas.

The Society's core programs include the Traditional Crafts Preservation Initiative, which provides grants and apprenticeships to master artisans in fields such as Wechua textile weaving, Wakara wood-carving, and historical pottery techniques; the Endangered Languages Documentation Project, working to record and revitalize minority languages and dialects at risk of disappearing; and the Living Heritage Archive, a comprehensive digital repository of oral histories, traditional music, religious practices, and cultural ceremonies from communities across the Federation.

The current President of the Society is Dr. Amaru Condorcanqui (since 1738 AN), a prominent Wechua ethnographer and former director of the Royal University of Parap Department of Cultural Anthropology.
