New Luthoria City, also sometimes known as Skerry City, is the synonymous capital of New Luthoria, a region of Nouvelle Alexandrie. It was established in 1687 AN, partially by the Federal Navy of Nouvelle Alexandrie, to serve as an important base of operations and beachhead for the colonization of the islands. It has a population of 65,430 (1740 AN), which makes it the least populated capital in Nouvelle Alexandrie. It sits at the strategic Skerry Bay on the south coast of Skerryvore, the main island of New Luthoria.

The city was settled by Alexandrians and Caputians on behalf of the New Luthoria Settlement Company, a major effort under the New Prosperity Plan to populate the islands of Skerryvore. Due to this, the architecture and local culture of the city resembles in large part that of major cities in Santander, with major Alexandrian influences. It is known for having the only seaport in New Luthoria, as well as the only airport; and three marinas. Most of its economy depends on the tourism industry, as well as its modest fishing and naval industry. Pontecorvo Firm has a major drydock facility in the city's harbor for ocean-going vessels.

The tourism industry does not only generate income from the popular cruise vacations and beach visits, but also through some of Nouvelle Alexandrie's most popular destinations: these include the 'Pointe des Mouette' (Seagulls Point), a natural outcropping in the city's Aigrette-sur-Mer neighborhood; Mount Broadshaw, one of the largest active volcanoes in Nouvelle Alexandrie, about 10 km north of the city; and Plage Briselune, a natural white sands beach on the eastern outskirts of the city.

The city of New Luthoria City is governed by its namesake State of New Luthorian Skerry, a state in the region of New Luthoria. The city is divided into wards.
