The Reserve Long Service Medal was established by HRM King August Charles II in 2010. The medal is awarded to a Gotzer in recognition of his or her long service as a member of either the Reserve Army or the Naval Reserve. Unlike other Long Service Medals, the Reserve Long Service Medal does not have 1-year and 3-year increments; however, recipients normally must have at least a year of accumulated service to qualify.
General service in either reserve force is recognized by the Reserve Service Medal.
