Renaud Delacroix (born 12.VIII.1723 AN) is a New Alexandrian diplomat, the Federation's ambassador to the International Mandate since 1760 AN. He was born in New Caputia, the son of a New Alexandrian soldier who had served in Operation Purple Splendor, the campaign by which the Federation annexed the territory, and who settled in the new region after the war. Delacroix trained for the foreign service at the Institut Diplomatique de Punta Santiago and spent much of his career on multilateral affairs, among them the work of the Micras Treaty Organization. In that field he was for a period a close associate of Túpac Mendoza, before Mendoza's election as the Organization's Secretary-General in 1753 AN. He has been resident at Tiegang since taking up the post in 1760 AN.
