Regan Alexandra Charlotta Dubois is a Blackstonian military official and officer in the Iron Militia who serves as the Captain General of Blackstone since the reconquest of 1705. Born in Chryste, Dubois started her career as a trainee in the Corps of Watchmen, after which she moved to Calbion to study International Relations and Law at the Princely University of Pentyre. During the Second Elwynnese Civil War, Dubois joined the Calbain special assistance forces in the liberation of Free Elwynn. Here, she joined the Iron Militia and was a crucial security advisor to the Iron Company in the restructuring of the company in the Elwynnese Republic. She joined the Verionist Union shortly before the ill-fated 1704 elections, after which she joined with Stephen Lewis and other prominent Verionists in the peace agreement with the Benacian Union.
