RD-VII, or Ransenari Royal Decree VII, is the sixth royal decree issued by the Queen of Ransenar, in 10.III.1674 AN. It was issued from the Palace of Termarth in Goldfield, Ransenar.
This Royal Decree provides authorization for the Government to use force to subdue the Revolutionary Army of Crisco, having been supported by two votes on several motions in the Ransenari Congress:
- Motion to "defend Ransenar against the terrorist threat posed by the Revolutionary Army of Crisco" (275 aye, 42 no);
- Motion to "avenge the blood of Ransenari citizens through the Revolutionary Army of Crisco bombing campaign" (275 aye, 42 no).

Text
WHEREAS acts of treacherous violence were committed against the Kingdom of Ransenar and its citizens; andWHEREAS such acts render it both necessary and appropriate that Ransenar exercise its rights to self-defense and to protect its citizens; and
ARTICLE I. Authorization For Use of Royal Ransenari Armed Forces.
The Lord High Steward is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on III.1674 or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against Ransenar by such nations, organizations, or persons.
