History
Racing Quimper were founded in 2005, and participated in the inaugural Stormarksturneringen in 2014. Racing Quimper players such as Jean-Marie Le Roux and Michel Valéry played for the Stormark national football team for many years. Racing Quimper was the only Normandic representative in the Storish football league (at that time Old Gaol Isle was a separate Jarldom).
The club was closed in 2020 following the collapse of Stormark. It was re-established in 2025 after the re-establishment of Normandie. The team was included in the 2024–25 Hurmu Soccer League and finished second in the 2024-25 Normandokarum Championship. They qualified for the national championship but were eliminated in the group stage.
