Operation Safe Haven is an ongoing military and civilian operation launched by the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie in response to the massive refugee crisis triggered by the East Keltian Collapse of 1737 AN.[3] The operation represents the largest humanitarian mission in New Alexandrian history, coordinating the reception, processing, and integration of refugees from Normark and Anahuaco.

Background

Main article: East Keltian Collapse

Following the collapse of Normark and Anahuaco during the East Keltian Collapse, Nouvelle Alexandrie faced an unprecedented influx of refugees. As the largest Martino-speaking nation in Micras, the Federation became a primary destination for displaced Anahuacans, while also accepting a significant number of Norse refugees. The scale of the crisis prompted the Council of State to develop a comprehensive military-civilian response.
