Operation Donohue was an Aerlan intelligence operation that successfully foiled a Confederacy of the Dispossessed network, given the title Katastrofë Selles (Commonspeak for Disaster Cells) by the State Security Directorate, that sought to funnel arms, narcotics, and militants into the Transcaledonian Territory. The network was also revealed to have been funneling arms and explosives to the People's Revolutionary Armed Forces, a terrorist group responsible for numerous civilian deaths and political assassinations.

Reports of a Dispossessed network first found their way to SSD headquarters by ways of a Frontier Observation Corps scouting party that had found their way over the former border with Normark south of Jelsinga. The party noticed that the former Norse highway, which had been noted as largely void of any traffic since Dispossessed forces overran the Jelsinga area, had been having a large increase of traffic of former Nordhær vehicles. The party was alerted by a local that these trucks were reportedly transporting arms and weapons to the border with Aerla. Fearing a potential Dispossessed incursion into Transcaledonia, the party alerted FOC forward-headquarters in Coronam.
