Nouvelle Alexandrie Allied Military Financing
Nouvelle Alexandrie Allied Military Financing (NAMF) is a foreign military assistance program administered by the Department of Defense that provides grants and loans to allied nations for the purchase of New Alexandrian defense equipment, services, and training. Established in 1708 AN during the administration of Premier Felipe de Almagro, the program was initially conceived as a mechanism to strengthen Raspur Pact military cooperation while supporting the expansion of Nouvelle Alexandrie's defense industry.
Since its inception, NAMF has been restricted exclusively to Raspur Pact member nations, reflecting Nouvelle Alexandrie's commitment to alliance-based security cooperation. The program operates through a combination of direct grants, low-interest loans, and equipment transfer arrangements designed to enhance the collective defense capabilities of allied forces while promoting interoperability with New Alexandrian military systems.
The program is administered by the Allied Military Financing Office within the Department of Defense, which coordinates with the Department of State, the Federal Bank of Nouvelle Alexandrie, and recipient nations to facilitate equipment transfers and training programs.
