The Municipal Transit Authority of Johannsessbuurg (Crandan: Stadtransport-Bestuur fonn Johannsessbuurg) is the public authority responsible for the operation and administration of public transit services in the city of Johannsessbuurg, capital of the Free Duchy of Anglien. The Authority was established by ducal decree at the request of the Burgemeester's office in IV.1755 AN as a unified body succeeding the various Lac Glaceian-era cantonal operating companies that had been suspended during the NKR occupation of 1752 AN–1754 AN. Its headquarters are in the western Nieustad district of Johannsessbuurg, adjacent to the central railway terminus, with operating depots in the Buitenstad and the Pakhuisstad.

The Authority administers the Johannsessbuurg Tram, the Johannsessbuurg City Bus, and the Klarsveer ferry service across the Klars estuary. Under the post-Charter unified-fares system, a single fare card known as the Stadkaart is valid across all transit modes. Approximately 38 percent of the city's population uses Authority services on a daily basis as of late 1755 AN.

In IX.1755 AN, the Authority presented a five-year development plan to the Diet of Anglien anticipating full restoration of the original tram network by mid-1757 AN. The plan further sets out a new tram line connecting the central railway terminus to the Johannsessbuurg International Airport for completion in 1759 AN and an expansion of the bus fleet to 130 vehicles, with a 60 percent electric target. A possible commuter rail service to the Aquaria Nuclear Generating Station, drawing on existing Lac Glaceian-era industrial trackage, is under preliminary study.
