Lichkeep is a bailiwick of Shirekeep, Shireroth's capital. It encompasses the southern part of the capital city and houses a large part of its population. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Salome on the Mango Throne in 1721 AN, part of the city district that was located on the water was razed to the ground. Instead, an extensive park, Salome Garden, was set up with a number of pavilions where every visitor could enjoy exhibitions about the various areas of the empire.
