The Jingdaoese Consolidated Benevolent Association (Jingdaoese: 淨道團結仁慈協會, Jìngdào Tuánjié Réncí Xiéhuì) is a New Alexandrian community and cultural organization headquartered in the Jilin City District (吉林市區, Jílín Shì Qū) of Punta Santiago. The association that specializes in services including legal aid and financial aid to Jingdaoese immigrants and their descendant, as well as providing social support, religious services, religious pilgrimages, death benefits, meals, and recreational activities, especially for older Jingdaoese migrants.
The process of membership in these associations is known only to its members, remaining a guarded community secret. The JCBA is often aligned with ethnic Jingdaoese political and business interests and often has a strong influence in local Punta Santiago politics. The JCBA operates the Jing Community Center (淨族社區中心, Jìngzú Shèqū Zhōngxīn), known for its intricate and beautiful architecture and for serving as the location of the JCBA and the Punta Santiago Jing School (蓬塔聖地亞哥淨族學校, Péng tǎ Shèngdìyàgē Jìngzú Xuéxiào). The building itself is considered the "town hall" of Jilin City.
By 1750 AN, the association found itself nearly bankrupt as much of the Jingdaoese diaspora began to integrate into broader New Alexandrian society. Fortunes changed however, as in 1752 AN the governing board of the association appointed Cao Qiang as it's Chairman. After securing donations from the local community and abroad, the association began the repair of Tianchaodao shrines (Qiang, despite being atheist himself, saw these temples as an anchor of Jing culture) and traditional Jing gardens. In 1757 AN, the organization funded the creation of the Jilin City Charity Hospital (吉林市慈善醫院, Jílín Shì Císhàn Yīyuàn), a non-for-profit hospital serving both Jing and non-Jing members of the community.
After Qiang's election to the 14th Cortes Federales after the 1759 general election, he entrusted the running of the JCBA to his wife, Lu Guizhen. She was subsequently confirmed by the Presidium of the Association and took up the role in early 1760 AN.
