The Iridia national football team was the football team which most recently represented the Ocian territory of Iridia, and previously represented the United Commonwealth constituent nation and independent nation of the same name. It was a member of the EMUFA.
The team existed twice in the FMF's history; firstly in 2007 as an independent nation, and secondly between 2007 and 2009 again independently, as a territory of Ocia and as a constituent nation of the United Commonwealth.
The team was founded in 2007 after Iridia was granted FMF membership after existing on Micras since earlier in the year. The team competed in that year's World Cup qualifiers, finishing bottom of their four-team group with two points. Iridia left Micras in mid-2007, but returned later in the year. However, the national team's FMF membership was granted too late for them to be involved in the inaugural EMU Championships.
Iridia was annexed by the United Commonwealth in early 2008. The team retained their separate FMF membership before again gaining independence prior to the start of the 2008 qualifiers. In their six-team group, the team finished fourth with ten points. Later in the year, Iridia was annexed by Ocia, again retaining its separate FMF membership.
In early 2009, Ocia split into East and West Ocia, with Iridia leaving Micras. Despite this, the team were permitted to compete in the year's qualifiers with a forfeited three-point deduction. The team finished fourth in their group with six points, two points below New Vaduz, before leaving the FMF.
