The Honourable Impressment Company of Sathrati (HICS), established on 20.XI.1718 AN by the writ of His Illustriousness the Count Palatine of Mirioth and Amity, secured premises for its operations in Novi Nigrad for the purpose of gathering volunteers to serve in regiments raised for the Norasht campaign, the Liberation of Dalen, and other similar ongoing campaigns against the Confederacy of the Dispossessed across the continents of Eura and Keltia.
The HICS would proceed to dispatch detachments, comprised of commission-holders and their retinues who were remunerated on the basis of successful impressment actions per head, to the notified cities of Sathrati, these being: Arg-e Ardashir, Arg-e Daniyal, Erudition, Grifonagaat, Nergrixnaht, Nordagaat, Novi Nigrad, Rholpelo, and Zy-Rodun.
