Glacier Freeze is a Lac Glaceian fast-food chain known for the sale of ice cream and sundaes. Founded in 1690 AN by Michel St Laurent, who developed his own home-made ice cream recipe, the chain quickly spread. Restaurants are smaller than normal fast-food chains and thus more popular with franchisees due to the lower cost of overhead required to open them. Glacier Freeze now has over two-thousand locations across Apollonia and Keltia, and is actively working to open franchises on other continents.
