Gisela Starck (1664 - ...) was prime minister of Batavia between 1697 AN and 1709 AN. As member of the Conservative Monarchist Party, she succeeded his fellow party member and former prime minister Benjamin Cambernon in 1697. Her entry as party leader resulted in a substantial election victory. She became Prime Minister with an absolute majority in the Lagerhuis. She managed to maintain this majority in the two subsequent elections.
She was discredited after two treaties passed through the Lagerhuis. A treaty with Calbion, exchanging the Brettish Isles for the northern Beneluccas. And a treaty with Çakaristan, whereby the newly acquired northern Beneluccas were given to Çakaristan along with the southern Beneluccas. And also the former Frankish weaponry was transferred.
After the elections in 1709, a criminal investigation was launched and Gisela was summoned. She resigned as a member of the Lagerhuis.
