The Federal Maritime Administration (FMA) is the federal agency of Nouvelle Alexandrie responsible for regulating and promoting the nation's maritime industry. Established in 1693 AN through the merger of the Aldurian Maritime Authority and Wechua Port Administration, the FMA oversees maritime safety, port operations, merchant marine licensing, and shipping regulations across the Federation's extensive coastline. The agency manages major ports including Punta Santiago, Wechuahuasi, Beaufort, and Nuevo Corcovado, while also coordinating with the Federal Coast Guard on maritime security matters.
