Elias Emmanuel Wilson-Clarke is a New Alexandrian politician and businessman from the Region of North Lyrica. He serves as the First Minister of the Region of North Lyrica since 1693 AN. He is a member of the Federal Humanist Party. As the leader of a regional sector party of the FHP Elias also holds the rank of tribune in the national sector cadre of the party.
He was appointed Special Advisor for Lyrica in 1739 AN during the Administration of Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez.
