Government

Garrison and security

Einhorn serves as the garrison of the 2 Pansarfördelningen, under the command of Salbnan-Afzælthvaszhaldan Qaleem Kambarzahi as of 1728 AN. Accordingly cantonments have been established outside the city for the following regiments:

  • 24 Taktiska Kommando Regemente
  • 2 Pansarregementet
  • 4 Infanteriregementet
  • 40 Infanteriregementet
  • 4 Ingenjörregemente
  • 4 Artilleriregemente
  • 4 Luftvärnsregemente
  • 4 Signalregemente
  • 4 Trängregemente
  • 4 Sanitetsregemente
  • 4 Garrisonsregementet
  • 24 Inspektionsregementet

As such a nominal garrison of 14,400 BUDF personnel would be present in the bailiwick at any one time. However allowance should be made for formations being routinely understrength in peacetime as well as for the regular absence of deployed regimental detachments.

BUDF personnel attached to this division comprise primarily of Norse rank and file led by Babkhi officers, with Istvanistani as the language of instruction and communication.

As of 1728 AN, 1,047 subjects of the bailiwick were mustered into the Absentien Corps of the State Guard of Elluenuueq, constituting an understrength regimental trained band named for the bailiwick.

Also present in the city is the ESB-Värvat Främlingsregemente, a paramilitary formation of the Honourable Company contracted into the service of Elluenuueq.

Demography

Population in 1728 AN was recorded as 349,186 subjects, of whom 69,837 were recorded as being possessed of sufficient merit to warrant enjoy the liberty of the bailiwick, with the remainder being protected persons.

Society

Four members of the Guild of the Lotus were recorded as being active in the city as of 1728 AN, controlling establishments with an average of twenty-four protected persons apiece. The flower street of the city is accordingly poorly regarded, being mainly frequented by off-duty service personnel and contractors.
