ESB Holdings

Euran Strategic Business Holdings (usually shortened to ESB Holdings) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ESB Group originating within and subordinate to the Directorate of Financial and Legal Services.
It is the corporate vehicle used by the Directorate of Financial and Legal Services to hold ownership in other corporations when not otherwise directed by the Board of Directors.
