Delphine Moreau (born 9.X.1714 AN) is a New Alexandrian diplomat and, since 1760 AN, the Federation's ambassador to Meckelnburgh. A native of Alduria, she trained for the foreign service at the Institut Diplomatique de Punta Santiago and made her career in bilateral political affairs, serving as deputy chief of mission at two of the Federation's embassies before her own appointment. Her work centered on the conduct of relations with smaller partner states and on the negotiation of routine bilateral agreements. She took up her post at Alexandretta in 1760 AN.
