The Countess Palatine of Mirioth and Amity (Count Palatine of Mirioth of Amity if held by a man) is a title of nobility in the Imperial Peerage of Shireroth, created by Kaiseress Salome on 22.X.1687 for Aurangzeb Tokaraizadeh al-Osman. At the same time as its creation, the similarly named titles Countess of Amity and Count of Mirioth, held by Kaiseress Salome's siblings Kian and Rubin respectively, were renounced.

The title is the second Count Palatine title in the Imperial Peerage after the Count Palatine of Kezan. It holds nonetheless the same rank as an unsuffixed count.

From 1732 AN and onwards, the title is de jure held by Roya al-Osman but her brother Ismail al-Osman claims it too.
