The Constitution of Normark is the instrument by which the government of the Kingdom of Normark is established and regulated.

In the aftermath of the Boreal Defence and Security Agreement solidifying Normark's alliance with the Benacian Union, King Fredrik Michael Tarjeisson issued a new constitution in 1731 AN to bring the legal foundations of the Kingdom fully in line with Humanist principles and Benacian influence. The 1731 Constitution replaced Normark's previous semi-democratic framework established in 1664 AN.

The new constitution codified Normark as a one-party state under the supremacy of the ruling Einhorn Society and the absolutist authority of the Einhorn monarch. All references to democratic practices, like elections for Nordisketing legislative body, were removed from Normark's system of government.

Preamble

We, the loyal subjects of the Kingdom of Normark, heir to the noble traditions of the Grand Kingdom of Normark and the ancient Einhorn dynasty, hereby establish this sacred Constitution to enshrine the principles of Humanist governance under the supreme leadership of His Majesty the King, from the House of Einhorn.

In subordination to the Raspur Pact and humanist ideology, and in fraternal alliance with our brethren of the Benacian Union, we dedicate this realm to the perpetual struggle against the falsehoods of Ayreonism and the destruction of its foul precepts.
