Avihayil Najibullah, born 1734. Constancian national of Raspurid provenance. Born in Mehrshahr. Father worked as staff member to the Committee of Euran Salvation. Mother worked in the Mehrgan Commercial Bank. Has two younger sisters and a brother who followed her in the birth order.
Saraymardana followed by Dabirestân-e Pardanashin after evaluation.
Posted to the International Mandate for the Settlements in Apollonia at the beginning of 1755, where she was commissioned by the ESB Resident there to serve as Constancian representative to the Mandate Council.
