The Avalon national football team was the football team which represented the micronation of Avalon. It was a member of the WMFA. The team is the official successor and predecessor of the Brettish Isles.
History
The team was founded in mid-2015 after the foundation of Avalon as the successor state to the Brettish Isles. Prior to this, under the name of the Brettish Isles, the team competed in the 2015 FMF World Cup qualification rounds, finishing bottom of their group, and also the exhibition 2015 Lions Cup, in which they ended as runners-up.
The 2016 Benacia Cup qualification rounds saw the team compete as Avalon for the first time, where they finished third in their five-team group with 13 points. Avalon was succeeded by the Brettish Isles soon afterwards.
