Anita (demoness)
Anita is a figure in the tradition of South Cibolan Witchcraft who is depicted as a demoness. She is often depicted as a beautiful young woman holding a blood orange from which real blood drips. In the mythology she is described as a young monger of oranges, who is livid as a young Natopian man opens a stand next to hers, selling mangoes. She tries to slander the man, making up stories about his sexual preferences, and ends up trying to campaign for the criminalisation of all relations that fall outside archaic Nazarene norms. It is said that because of her bile, oranges started to taste bitter, and that this is why they are no longer sold in, in order, Sankt Ludwigshafen, Lanzerwald and Aemilia.
The Natopian man is often considered to be Earnest Godström, who briefly sold mangoes on the market of Stadt Sankt Ludwigshafen in the 1670's, and while he remembered an angry lady selling oranges, he said he did not remember her name and he did also not remember that she got as much support as she gets in some of the myths.
