Angliener Dagblatt

The Angliener Dagblatt (Anglian Daily) is a Crandish-language daily newspaper published in Johannsessbuurg, Anglien. It is the duchy's national newspaper of record. The paper was established in XII.1754 AN by a consortium of Crandish-Alexandrian journalists and former Lac Glaceian civil servants with initial funding from a CATO press development grant.
Published six days a week, the Dagblatt carries national and international news, proceedings of the Diet of Anglien, coverage of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Anglien, commercial and shipping listings, and reporting on the duchy's maritime industries. A weekly supplement is directed at the CAMA-A advisory community and the Natopian garrison. Liesbeth Andriessen, the paper's founding courtroom reporter and the duchy's most prominent journalist, covered TRCA proceedings from the paper's first issue until she was killed in the bombing of the TRCA chamber building during the St. Aldric's Day Surge on 15.VII.1756 AN.
