Neurändern
Neurändern, formerly known as Andelarion an den Neurändern, (Sangunese: アンデラリオン新境, Anderarion Shinsakai) is a parish and small city in Walstadt and Light in the Aemilian Federation and former lordship in the province of Asara Eliana when it belonged to Natopia, until the ratification of the Treaty of Sankt Rosa. Its last lord was Nathaniel Kalimatov Waffel-Paine. The lordship was the birthplace of Anna of the Neurändern, revered in the Aemilian Federation as the Eternal Mistress.
It was created in 1648 as the merger of the lordships of Andelarion and An den Neurändern. From 1743 to 1744 there were discussions to transfer control over the parish to Land Weisenburg for practical reasons, but these were abandoned in favour of historical reasons and the parish remained part of Walstadt and Light.
Following the unification of the Aemilian Federation and the Principality of Whales in 1743, the parish saw an influx of citizens from the territory of the Aemilian Federation who flocked to the city because of its association with the Eternal Mistress. A temple was built in the city dedicated to her and the city grew to a population of over 200,000. In 1744 work started on a train connection from Weisenburg to Rossmarkt, that would include a train station in Neurändern, along with train stations in Hamstadt and Weichenheim.
