HIS ROYAL MAJESTY August Charles II, By the Grace of God King of Gotzborg, Archduke of Reichlau, Grand Duke of Lucerne, Marshal of the Union of Seven Nations, Lord of the Border Marches, Admiral of the Southern Reaches, Duke & Grand Elector of Jutien, Count Kendal does hereby send greetings;
WHEREAS The responsibility to manage and oversee Our colonies, possessions and protectorates is vital to the national interest;
WHEREAS the Protectorate of Oros has special needs and requirements to manage its well being and provide for appropriate leadership and oversight to its affairs;
LET IT BE KNOWN that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents release Major-General Sir Hugh O'Neill from the office of Military Governor of the Oros Protectorate;
AND that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents appoint Colonel Juergen de Cautzburg to Military Governor of the Oros Protectorate to assume the office and responsibilities therein until such time as he is relieved, and in accordance with the interests of Our Royal Kingdom and those of the people of Oros;
AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.
