Teams
Four new clubs will play in the league for the first time. Oldhaven Wolfpack, Birmingham Titans and the Southern Storm who won league licenses in 2017 will start play. Northcliff Broncos after being thrown out of the league before debuting in 2018 were promoted back into the league. Two clubs left the league however with KR Viten Sharks transferred to the Micras Balkan Super League and Northcliff Eagles who were relegated.
