Xijinkeai is a Jingdaoese province in the north of the country. It belongs to the Zhou Jinkeai and has Baishi as capital. It brought forth the famous liberation, jiangjun (1st general) Sheng Xishan who led the Northern campaign of the Jingdaoese forces during the Geming War.
