Baishi

Baishi is the capital of the Jingdaoese province of Xijinkeai, in the zhou Jinkeai. The city of Baishi, City of Purity, became a bustling metropolis near the end of the Geming War. It was rebuilt according to the doctrines of the Heavenly Light and most vestiges of the old Batavian city had been razed in lieu of new construction of strictly-Jingdaoese architecture. New roads were being laid out to better direct the flow of traffic through the city and into the neighboring countryside. In addition a large new industrial district was constructed with many factories to support the growing demand for manufactured goods, especially supplies for the Northern Jinkeai Army.
