Political parties of Anglien are the organized political associations contesting the general election of 1759, the first competitive national election in the Free Duchy of Anglien. Formal parties did not exist during the transitional period that began with independence in 1754 AN. The Diet of Anglien under the Charter of Anglien sat without them, its members drawn from bailiwick community assemblies and ducal appointment and organized only into loose tendencies. The permanent Constitution of Anglien, ratified by national referendum in VII.1759 AN, established a framework for the registration and public funding of political associations. The field that formed under it consists of registered electoral leagues rather than the disciplined mass parties of older states.

Four territorial leagues hold registration on the eve of the election, alongside caucuses elected in the reserved minority constituencies. The metropolitan, eastern, and island leagues have combined with the reserved caucuses into a governing electoral pact, te Herstelpakt, led by Transitional Prime Minister Eduard Vogt. The interior league, te Landbond, contests the election outside the pact and is the sole organized opposition. A federation of cooperative and mutual-aid societies, te Verbond, operates across the leagues without standing candidates of its own.

The party framework was shaped by the duchy's recent history. The registration regime carries militant-democracy provisions that bar any association continuous with the Nü Krantisk Rapskaff or its program, and the Constitutional Court holds the power to refuse or withdraw registration. No league aligned with the former occupation regime contests the election. The accountability politics of the transitional period, the wind-down of the CATO presence scheduled to conclude in 1759 AN, and the unresolved questions of the duchy's permanent monetary and security arrangements form the principal lines of division among the leagues that do.
