Blackfriars Waste Management
Blackfriars Waste Management is a for-profit organization, established 5.II.1752, that has taken it upon itself to resolve the waste problem of the entire International Mandate. Starting with the Blackfriars district, and initially utilizing the idle of the area, and borrowed/seconded personnel of the Regiment of the Blackfriars' for security and management. They established neighborhood, and eventually, district-wide waste segregation and recovery facilities, utilizing revenue raised from this to help support operations. Biodegrable wet garbage would be used for local agricultural purposes.
The local ESB Residency helped out by providing free air shipment of "declared surplus" Armed Forces of Zeed light trucks, as well as a few newer trucks of Zeed manufacture, but of the same model. These had been customized at ESB resident cost to serve their needs.
It was agreed that surplus dry garbage would be shipped out to Zeed via Avey by the Oranjesion Shipping Corporation.
