Chami Quisuyupanqui (born 22.XI.1702 AN) is a New Alexandrian diplomat who has served as Ambassador to Constancia since 1749 AN. Born in Qusqo, Wechua Nation, she studied diplomatic studies and international law at the Royal University of Parap. Prior to her appointment to Constancia, Quisuyupanqui served in the Department of State's Euran Affairs Bureau, where she developed expertise in relations with Raspur Pact allies. Her posting to Petropolis came at a sensitive period, as the Imperial State of Constancia has faced internal tensions related to succession disputes in its eastern provinces.
