Rohan is a city located in the Normandie realm on the Hurmu. It is situated on the Lesser Twin Peninsula, an agriculturally rich and geographically significant region along the southern coast of the realm. The city is known for its Norman-Bosworth heritage, which is reflected in its urban layout, architecture, and cultural traditions.

History

The city of Rohan was founded as a result of the exchange and expansion of the Normandy Jarldom in 1555 AN. Rohan were previously inhabited by Gralans and were strategically located in a blind spot.

Despite its ancient roots, Rohan's modern historical trajectory was shaped by the political fragmentation of Stormark in 1685 AN, after which the city became a regional hub with shifting allegiances and authorities. Between 1743 and 1745, Rohan fell under the control of the East and North Normandie (EANN) regime during the height of the regional conflict known as the Purification ov Normandie.

In mid-1745, Rohan was swiftly captured by the Ortonist forces, marking a turning point in the southern campaign of the war. The peaceful surrender of the city prevented large-scale destruction and allowed for a rapid post-conflict recovery.

Geography

Rohan is perched on the Lesser Twin Peninsula, characterized by fertile plains, rolling hills, and an abundance of pastureland. The surrounding peninsula is a key agricultural zone, where livestock farming dominates the rural economy. The city itself is built around a historic core, surrounded by growing suburban and industrial districts.
