The Blackfriar's Bank, established circa 1697 AN, is a financial institution active in the eponymous Blackfriars district of Tiegang. From its inception it became subect to a certain notoriety owing to the publication of the so-called Iron Harbour Papers, which exposed the role of the International Mandate in the off-shore concealment of financial assets.

In XIII.1742, it established a more presentable, brick-and-mortar branch on Residency Isle.
