Elwynn River Committee

The Elwynn River Committee (Praeta: Gæta Łodis Eluinis) is an organization established under the Treaty of Lorsdam to manage and oversee the shared use of the Elwynn River by the Imperial Republic of Shireroth and the Benacian Union. A neutral third-party representative from Hurmu, serves as a mediator and is meant to ensure impartiality.
