Constancian National ID

Every Constancian national aged 13 years and above is required to possess a Constancian National ID.

This policy was proposed by the Administration of Agnar Egbert Oakwood on 1.II.1739.

History

Constancians were documented with the issuance of birth certificates and passports, particularly with the institution of the Imperial State of Constancia, but despite the implementation of National Service in Constancia and the Autokratorial Decree mandating that any Constancian national aged 18-60 not otherwise engaged in education, employment, or active service in the Imperial Constancian Government, Local government of the Imperial State of Constancia,Imperial Constancian Fire Service, or Imperial Constancian Armed Forces was obliged to register for National Service in Constancia, with violators of this being sentenced to the Imperial Constancian Labor Service, it was noted that this still did not securely encompass every Constancian individual.
