South Sea Flax is a company that is registered in and operates from the the South Sea Islands that is owned by Amelia Rettich. The company purchases flax from agriculture producers in the South Sea Islands and mills it to produce damask, lace, sheeting, rope and canvas as well as yarns. The company was founded on 10.V.1736 as founder Amilia Rettich wanted to cater to the increased interest in plant-based fibres and wool from the South Sea Islands, which she exported to Aemilia through her other company Camelwool, which she managed for owner and famous fashion designer Galadriel Camel, was already highly regarded. The headquarters of the company was established in the city of Zuid-Richel, near the South Seas International Airport and the Zuid-Richel Seaport, to ease the export of products to the Aemilian Confederation, as well as being close to Camelwool.
