Haratşarbatır (Blue Lontininian; in White Lontinian: Kharacharbaatar) is a planned city and municipality in south-central Lontinien, established by the Eleventh Senate. The inauguration of the city took place on 3.XIV.1719 AN. Development was almost immediately interrupted by the 1719–1720 Hurmu civil conflict.
