Operation Secure Haven is a military and humanitarian mission initiated by the Oportian government in II.1730 AN, aimed at managing the unexpected surge of migrants from Constancia, the Suren Confederacy, and Zeed and preventing further unauthorized border crossings. This operation was in response to the regional instability caused by the Bitter Spring and the Alexandrium Wars, which led to mass displacements and a humanitarian crisis at Oportia's borders.

The operation involved repurposing the Oportian contingent from the Joint Border Forces to bolster the mission's effectiveness. As part of the operation's immediate response, temporary accommodations were quickly erected along the border areas to house the influx of refugees.
