The 2022-23 Campoasciutto Grand Prix, officially presented as the Formula Micras Campoasciutto Grand Prix 2022-23, was a Formula Micras World Championship race that was held on 9 April 2023 at the Autodromo Nazionale di Mhazar, a motor racing circuit in the city of Mhazar, Vegno. It served as the twenty-first and last race of the 2022–23 Formula Micras World Championship and it was the first ever running of the Campoasciutto Grand Prix.

The Campoasciutto GP was the twenty-first race of the 2022-23 season and the twenty-first-ever race for the Formula Micras championship.
The race therefore took place in the home country of the Sburo Deliziosa FM Team and represented a second home Grand Prix for the driver Michele Spettacolo, the only Vegnese driver of the 2022-23 season.
