Guglimundo Kupras was Minister of Munitions and Military Logistics of the Imperial State of Constancia. After his service, he served as President of ESB Susa from 11.I.1674. In 1699, during the Third Euran War, he was called to active duty with the rank of Sarlashkar (Major General) and appointed to the Allied Military Council at Norvind, Altus (later more popularly known as the Council of Ten) as Director of Logistics. For this and his services, he was raised to the status of Knight Commander of the Order of the Great Kingdom of Constancia during the 1704 Extraordinary Investiture. Retired from ESB Susa on the last day of 1705.
