Delphine Institute
The Delphine Institute is a health research institute located in Nivardom. Founded in 1705, it was named after the deceased and well-beloved Princess Delphine.
It is staffed by Constancian military personnel from the health services, as well as volunteers. It currently conducts a program assisting prominent Constancians with mental afflictions.
It is funded by the Ministry for Crown Lands of the Imperial Constancian Government from revenues from the Prosgeiosi Basileus. While legally not under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, close coordination takes place.
George Maniakes was quietly admitted here for convalescence in light of the brutal end of his prominent son, Abeiron Maniakes, as a result of the War for Rosamund's Honor.
