Delphine is the younger daughter of Basileus Petros III, younger sister of the reigning Basilinna Olympia, and a Princess of the Imperial State of Constancia.

She is unmarried and has no natural heirs. Her father the Basileus issued a proclamation declaring her non compos mentis on medical advice, when she was 8 years old. She is presently cared for in a secure and undisclosed location. Confirmed deceased and with no natural heirs as of 1699.

The Delphine Institute is named thusly in her memory and honor, as is the KP Princess Delphine.
