The University of the Straits Settlements (Phineaner: Universiti Penempatan Selat (USS); Taesongean: 해협정착대학교; RR: Haehyeop Jeongchak Daehakgyo (HJD)) or formerly known as the University of the Springwind Islands, is a public university in Phinbella. It was established on November 20, -6BP while the Springwind Islands and two other settlements were under the control of the Nahyobueki Straits Company. The university is headquartered and located adjacent to the HiFISPBN broadcasting center in Tamar, Collectivity of the Springwind Islands, Straits Settlements. The USS has three campuses throughout the Straits Settlements, of which two campuses are located in the Collectivity of the Springwind Islands and another is located in the Collectivity of the Providenciales Bonin Islands and Seberang Pyojin.
