Hi-Vi Free International Settlements Public Broadcasting Network or Hi-Vi Free International City Public Broadcasting Network (HiFISPBN or HiFICPBN; Phinbellan: Rangkaian Penyiaran Awam Penempatan Antarabangsa Hi-Vi; Taesongean: 하이비 무료 국제 도시 공공 방송 네트워크; RRHai-bi Muryo Gukje Doshi Gonggong Bangsong Neteuwokeu; Sangunese: ハイビ(ジョン)無料国際都市公共放送ネットワーク) is the regional radio and television broadcaster in the Yapreayan settlements in the Phinbellan Maritime Territories, Negara Awan and part of Phinbellan Unincorporated Territory. It is the only one broadcasting station serving all the Yapreayan settlements areas and its surroundings and in Springwind Islands. HiFISPBN has eight broadcasting stations including stations in Negara Awan and Rimba Raya. HiFISPBN has started radio broadcast on 14 February RP 2600, started trial broadcast on 20 April and aired for a week, until it officially started television broadcast on 20 November RP 2600. At the same time, this HiFISPBN broadcast in high definition was broadcast on trial via terrestrial, and via satellite through its satellite channel until its official broadcast simultaneously together with KBS BShiTV on 5 August RP 2607. HiFISPBN television network was once known as Free International Yapreayan Settlements Television (FIYS-TV).

HiFISPBN has two terrestrial television channels, two satellite channels and one radio channel; HiFISPBN1, HiFISPBN2, BS-HiFISPBN, 4KBS-HiFISPBN and HiFISPBN-FM.

HiFISPBN is often served with general entertainment programs, it also broadcasts Phinbellan anime and telenovelas at midnight. HiFISPBN broadcasts Civil Administration Legislative of the Phinbellan Maritime Territories conference broadcasts on weekdays, as well as weekly press conferences of Chairman of Yapreayan Settlement Authority, Governor of Negara Awan and Shire President of the Springwind Islands.
