Operation Blue Carpet is a joint mission between the Emirate of Arbor and the USSO to combat piracy and terrorism in the Eastern Ocean. The mission began on 18.IX.1693 AN.

Background

In recent years, the Eastern Ocean has been unsettled by increasing reports of piracy and terrorism in the region. The Emirate of Arbor, which is spread out and relies on shipping for much of its infrastructure, benefits from safe waters. To cope with the mounting unrest, the nation has sought help from its neighbours. Ever since the birth of the Emirate, the nation has had good informal ties with Palesmenia and Ralgon. These neighbours were willing to embark on an ocean security mission under the USSO flag.
